I would be interested to know how you learnt to crochet?

I have zero crafting skills and nearly every Autistic person I meet can knit, crochet, draw, write poetry etc.

I'd love to learn to crochet or knit, I'm thinking of watching YouTube 'How to' videos but it looks very complicated!
