Next was a great talk by Dawn Tilbury on calibrating human trust of #robots at the Maryland #Robotics Center. Rather than designing systems for full #automation, which can cause over or under trust, Tilbury demonstrates how technologists should integrate users into system design to explicitly calibrate that trust in real time.
