One of the fun and very unexpected effects of #HRT was the effect of cuddles. Don't get me wrong, I always loved cuddles even as an egg. But now whenever I cuddle with, am cuddled by, hold hands with, squish my boobs against while hugging my partner my brain goes "Unleash the endorphins!" a la LOTR ( pictured ) and I am flooded with full-body, warm, happy feels. #hrtthings #transjoy #trans

I woke up an hour ago, but starting my day, with a giant hot flush, it feels like as though I'm melting, but hey, it's the joys of transitioning 😅

For those not in the loop about hot flushes, it's a thing that comes and goes during fmeinizing HRT, it's totally normal and not life-threatening.
