Gregor Kiczales is the person who first got me excited not just about programming but that it was possible a silly young art student like me could even learn programming using the paradigm for designing programs step by step, function by function. @acousticmirror @fossandcrafts @cwebber I hope you find a copy and let me know what you think of it. During the episode I saw your comment about elephants and wanted say how all the snack mentions distract me in the "little" books. But I had to put my full attention on the presentation in order try and keep up. This guide might be a fun alternative or supplement for . Both books are great, but after working with English Through Pictures for a decade they all seem too wordy.
