In the 1930s, the police caught up with some diamond thieves driving this Hudson Terraplane. You can still see all the bullet holes in the back of the car.

Both thieves were killed, and the valley is still known to the locals as "Geisterschlucht" (Ghost Canyon) as their ghost still search for the diamonds, which were never found.
