I was struck by the turkey vultures flying all around the building in Calicoon, NY. As we left, I turned around one more time to capture that moment. I didn't get the vulture very well, but I sure love that sky. š

LAKE SUPERIOR STATE PARK
We stopped at Lake Superior state park and walked down to the lake under that cloudy sky. On the way back up the hill, I saw the empty tables, the pavilion and the long row of pines. Summer is over and all the visitors have left for the coming months. Something about that view...
