No. Big, loud no. This is unarguable.
Do the people of #China have the unfettered right to travel and work throughout the country?
No, and they never have under the auspices of the Party. The #hukou system allows local authorities to remove anyone for any reason from their area, if they don't have the hukou for that area.
How does anyone rationalize that China is in any way a democracy or run by workers?
