I SAY "NO" to AI Art because they are STEALING my art for their datasets. I am fine with it if artists "opt in". If it is done ethically, I don't care. It's NOT currently ethical.

But the reality is, it won’t be as good so instead the greatest copyright violation in history has happened and is being normalized with alarming speed to keep the money flowing.

If my art and others’ being included in training data is meaningless, then why was it done? How well would an ethical dataset perform?
There’s a race to monetize and profit off the hard work of other people and centralize creative work under AI platforms.
