I asked #ChatGPT what some of the best articles on testing #Vue 2.x using #Jest were and it responded...all of the links are broken. ๐
Don't get me wrong, I'm still querying ChatGPT when Google isn't providing me with the desired answers
BUT what I'd really like is some #HumanAugmented #Search ๐

One of the major challenges for a #HumanAugmented #SearchEngine is ranking manipulation. I've created a new article providing a high level overview of how this can be mitigated using a trust network:

Feedback eagerly desired. ๐
has anyone noticed recently on #google that the same results are coming up multiple times? For example, I queried #sqlite and am seeing multiple listings (not ads) for #SQLiteStudio (sqlitestudio.pl)?

2/ Bringing Trey Grainger (author of AI-Powered Search and#Solr in Action) and formerly Chief Algorithms Office at #Lucidworks seems to really being pushing things along.
At times I've tried using it as my daily driver but tend to fall back on #Google, as much as I don't want to. Why? It comes down to my fundamental hypothesis about #WebSearch. The search engine to dethrone Google will need a significantly different approach than Google uses for ranking (imho, #HumanAugmented).

for many technical topics these days the issue isn't having too few options to learn
everyone is showing off their tech skills by blogging about what they are doing (that's great!) but this means hundreds of highly similar articles one has to wade through to find the material you are looking for!
This is why I believe we need a new #SearchEngine that is #HumanAugmented for the next generation of #search
Just waiting on my philanthropic patron to throw $100k my way so I can futz for a year ๐

4/ But how does this connect to improving #SocioEconomic #equity?
Because #HumanAugmented #search requires humans and if a #SearchEngine chose it could return much of it's profits to it's user base.
Some #search engines (promise to) do this but this is generally based on passive activity (e.g. time spent searching) rather than on content creation/curation (e.g. ensuring results are optimized).
But what if anyone could contribute and anyone could be compensated?
