Regardless of that: #Housing is a #HumanRight and whilst we can't build a suburbia single home for everyone, but accessible apartment complexes with ground level shops, bars, restaurants and maybe the first 2-6 floors above with i.e. doctors offices and similar services would allow walkable cities.
