Are there any #guitar #wiring #diagram #schematic or #pickup installation people here? I need #help with finding a wiring diagram for a Seymour Duncan #HSH setup with 1 volume and 1 tone pot and a 5 way import blade switch. Both pots are push/pull, each working as a coil split for just one of the #humbuckers

It's for a Brian Moore i1 (no piezo or midi). Nobody seems to have a schematic/diagram for this thing online.

Oh! And one of the reasons I play a Telecaster is because of Keith Richards! (And also Andy Summers of The Police).

Mind you, my Tele is a bit on the dark side. And it's equipped with twin humbuckers of destruction!

Hum from magnetic fields generated by AC power wiring is a problem with #guitar #pickups. A clever engineer in the 1950s put two similar coils next to each other, but reversed the magnetic and electric polarity on one of the coils ,and connected them in series. The result is that the hum signal is "bucked", or canceled, and the desired musical signal is doubled. "Humbucking" pickups or #humbuckers are in most electric guitars made today... 4/?

It looked like someone had globbed melted chocolate all over it. I took it to #RyanGadow, who did a great job of resurrecting it. The #humbuckers are from an early 70s #LesPaul. Replaced the broken #Bigsby tailpiece with the harp one you see in the photo.
