Note the temporary fence where a scooter user (probably) went over the sidewalk, took out the guardrail on their way down the cliff.

Have you noticed that when applying to do stuff like getting additional driving entitlements for your licence, there is always massive amounts of #HurryUpAndWait involved? I am a step closer to being allowed to drive a bus now. Another couple of steps to go. I am still the same amount of steps away from being allowed to drive a lorry, and have at least two weeks more waiting on that score.
