It's nearly harvest. On #TodaysWalk I followed the path from #Billericay to #Hutton. Crossing the wheat field was almost devoid of creatures, just the odd beetle or spider. This field edges are better, with various insects and butterflies in particular.

Had a lovely Easter meal with my wife, daughter and grandchildren at the local Hickory's Smokehouse, my wife and my first visit, it won't be our last!
The main courses were all thoroughly enjoyed, but we had most fun with toasting the marshmallows with chocolate sauce. Got 2 single servings, it was enough for the 5 of us!
