My biggest pet peeve in #DataRecovery #DiskArchiving #digipres with #HxCFE: saving IMG sector dumps.
Disk-Analyze will tell you if a sector has misread. HxC will silently save data which has a bad CRC.
I mean, c'mon... There's no way this Z80 assembly source suddenly flipped to being binary garbage.
Always keep your original SCP, DFI, etc. flux images!

That moment where you look at the fluxgraph and think: "Oh, I recognise that copy protection track..."
