A sad moment today remembering all the accessibility, inclusion and sustainability progress we made in providing virtual conference attendance that is now being put aside for the preferred position of "being in a room together".

Fully virtual conferences aren't always the solution nor are fully in person conferences. We now know how to do hybrid to meet multiple requirements. We should continue to do the hard option until it becomes easier.
