I'm a physicist working with scanning probe #microscopy methods that you will definitely not find in the user manual. I curious about #nanoscale structure and function, e.g. in #photovoltaic #perovskite materials, in particular electrical effects. I also study the high voltages that form in innocently looking sliding water droplets (#hydrovoltaics).

People have a love-hate relationship with the puns I make during group meetings.
