#Hydroxyethylcellulose is sensitive to pH and temperature. Unfortunately, when I 1st read this info, I saw it as a precaution, not as a tip. But what it means is u can DECREASE the amount of time it takes to form a gel by INCREASING pH and/or temp. #DIY #HEC #beauty
