A toilet with a sink and a soap dispenser but no soap. At a hospital. 🤦‍♂️

Nurses, and medical staff hierarchically below them, use said toilets and go on to care for patients. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Don't know what the doctors do. May be they have separate doctor-worthy toilets which include soap. Or perhaps they don't need to use toilets because they are gods.

I'm mom to an AuDHD 9yo kiddo who still fights having his nails trimmed. Anyone have any insight into how to make this less traumatic? I don't like violating his autonomy, but he's starting to get cuticle infections because the trims are too infrequent and his nails are dirty.
