Familial hypercholesterolemia is a strange disease. I need a PCSK9 inhibitor in order to get my cholesterol back into normal range. I asked my father who also has familial hypercholesterolemia why he's not on an PCSK9 inhibitor like I am, and he said his statins are enough for him. Why do I need a PCSK9 inhibitor in addition to statins is anyone's guess.

Made fried chicken tonight. Here's the recipe:

Brine your bits in buttermilk, salt, garlic powder, msg and a dash of xanthan gum to thicken. 2 hrs in fridge.

Roll in AP flour, potato starch, rice flour, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, white pepper, black pepper.

Double fry at 350 for 14 min and enjoy.
