I don't really understand actually what's going on with my hands. I had two different steroid shots, each one worsening my condition, and as I got further and further from the last shot, my trigger finger has gotten better.

Could this be a #hypermobolity thing? I don't have an actual #heds diagnosis but I am on the spectrum

I am worried about surgery. I still have trigger finger and carpal tunnel pain. But if steroids just made it all worse? What if my connecting tissue overreacts?
