Spent the morning doing an ECG while lying down on some sort of work out-bike situation. Proud to say my heart behaved and I only had to stop because my legs went spaghetti. Chest didn't hurt at all and I was only dizzy because I'd been lying tilted head down in a room that grew hot af. Hopefully my heart won't need further treatment beyond my beta blockers.
