One year of work vs three.
That first year was hard. Really hard. My #CFS was fairly new, and a 30 min light #workout drained me for days. Today, I did a moderate intensity workout for an hour and a half—ending it with 36 reps of strict OHP to celebrate my birthday—and...I feel fine. 🙂 I'll probably need a rest day tomorrow, but I don't think I'll be drained.
So here's hoping it continues to improve, and my #hypertrophy progress can speed up in year four. 🖤
