I do have to give credit where credit is due, though. When they first announced the four-year project, I thought it was going to be a four-year nightmare but, other than the lanes that are invisible in the rain and sometimes even difficult to see in the daylight, It has been going relatively smoothly. They have kept at least three lanes open each direction for almost the entire time.

I just came home on #I270North through the construction in the rain. The lines on the road were almost invisible. Everybody was making their own lanes. Why do they use such cheap paint? Everything was fine in Illinois.
