A direct link is important inn this case because the actual website for #WeRU is #cloudGlare.Someone ought contact them to request their #radio station be available over #I2P. There are a number of great I2P radio stations, but it sounds like this one would fill a real niche.

As #RichardStallman eloquantly explains in an interview on #RT, just breaking them up isnt enough either. If the broken pieces still collect data, share and abuse it alongside repressive forces, we're no better off.

Empowering tools such as those at 'switching.software' are most helpful. Eg. #XMPP over #I2P isnt difficult to setup.

Strongly recommend #TorBrowser w highest Safety level and #uBlock added, as per how #TailOS provide Tor to #journalists. Great for browsing the #clearnet and onion sites. Put the #NoScript addon button in the topbar to easy enable js for trusted sites.

For #I2P we recommend a Firefox based browser that is hardened like TorBrowser. A good place to start is the spyware.neocities.org site, and the Archlinux wiki (surprisingly), on hardening Firefox-based browsers.

@accretionist @tante You know, there's this, but then #I2P somehow manages to do better with a fraction of the funding, by simply giving up on the pretense the #clearnet was not doomed from the start as anything other than a transport layer due to its inherent design flaws.

I2P also has more than one implementation, significantly reducing bus factor.

And then there's also #Veilid, which occupies a somewhat weird in-between space.

We took a look at the #NameRegistries on the #I2P network.

We are finding that reg.i2p is offering addresses that don't work. They are different to addresses provided by others and don't connect. Other nameRegistries seem to offer genuine addresses (or keys).

If you added #reg.i2p to your subscriptions list and get #connectionFailures, try removing the #regI2P subscription.
