Currently, a build is needed from source. Don't worry - a simple way is coming. In the meantime:

1. install dependencies (Ubuntu):

sudo apt install build-essential cmake libglew-dev libsdl2-dev libglew-dev librtmidi-dev libdevil-dev librtaudio-dev)

2. Clone the repository / give the latter commands one by one:

git clone https://github.com/luciusDXL/TheForceEngine.git

cd TheForceEngine

mkdir build

cd build

cmake ..

make

The Force Engine enables us to game the Lucasarts' classic treats Star Wars: Dark Forces and Outlaws on top of modern assets.

The long road towards the 1.0 release is almost done - with a COMPLETE support for Star Wars: Dark Forces already in.

0.93's main feature is the save system & quick saves.

With this release, The Force Engine is feature-complete for 1.0.

Je me réfère souvent à #SCUMM quand je parle de mon moteur de point and click…

Eh bah ce matin, j'ai aussi implémenté un équivalent de #iMUSE, le moteur sonore des vieux #LucasArts qui permettait de faire varier la musique en douceur selon l'endroit où se trouvait le personnage. C'est pas grand chose, mais c'est top pour créer des ambiances.
