My . I’m a PhD student at the -Austin studying the ethical, sustainable use of algorithms. After my undergrad degrees in math and physics, I worked on , for Research and Machine Intelligence, a few tech startups who did algorithmic hiring, and most recently developed for . I’ve seen the harms algorithms can cause, and the callousness some in the tech industry hold towards this. I want to do better, and I want to help others do better.
