Very briefly I show that...

1) to maximize payload to GEO a #SpaceElevator climber should have some form of continuous power supply : solar power is less efficient.

2) climbers should also be of modular design to enable multiple smaller launches per day, being combined to larger assemblies only to enable launch of heavier indivisible payloads.

I’m working up finalizing some materials for the Special Session I’m doing at #IAC2023 in October while simultaneously checking my inbox for an email I was promised would be sent out today and which is likely a rejection email. The true yin and yang of my professional life...

I found out this morning that the session I proposed was selected for a Special Session at #IAC2023!

Last year in Paris I dreamed about being on one of the big stages at IAC and this year I will be! (Along with several other amazing panelists from around the globe.)

@AufDistanz Ich freute mich auch über den #PIXL1 vom #DLR und #Tesat auf der #IAC2022. #LaserCom ist für mich und andere #SmallSat Leute echt interessant. Daher freute es mich sehr, dass das Team bei uns in der #IAASmallSat Session B4.3 auch die Keynote hatten. Das Paper und die Präsentation waren super! Uns Session-Chairs hat es sehr gefallen.
