The Indian Arts and Crafts Act will need to be updated to account for AI but I can’t confidently say it’s a law I’ve heard or seen enforced on large e-commerce platforms. This might be an opportunity to do both at the same time. In the mean time, what actions can tribal citizens take against digital/physical assets that refer to a Tribal Nation that the person has not stated they are a citizen of on an e-commerce platform?
