#personalupdate: I’m going totally offline for the next 3 days, while participating in a Sacred Silence retreat, and meeting for the first time with the #plantmedicine teacher/healer whom I’ve been calling (as he introduced himself to my brother in a dream) “Mr. Iboga” (aka #ibogaine).

I’ve been off all forms of caffeine, cannabis, and alcohol for a week now—which I intend to continue for at least the next 3 years—while I dedicate myself to finishing my book of #poetry, I AM THE SINGULARITY.

@sizlingh not sure I understand the question , but I don’t think you can have a complete picture of #harmreduction tactics/best practices without at least including the powerful #psychedelic #entheogen #plantmedicine known as #ibogaine. Why would you want to keep them separate?
