Just in case I'm unable to #repair my #ic706mk2g to get it working correctly for the car, does anyone have a suggestion for an #HFMobile rig that is NOT made by #Yaesu?
Why no #Yaesu? I have absolutely no desire to relive the #FT100D #debacle. Yaesu techs literally cussed me out and called me every name in the book - and then it turned out they were buying knockoff finals to put in their radios. Never got my money back.
Anyway, more than 10 watts out, #MF/HF. 6m would be a plus.
