A wild #NS #ICNG train spotted in #Breda. My first impression: it looks small compared with the older ICs. Not sure how this will help with capacity issue when this runs on the #ICBenelux #CrossBorderRail to Belgium.

Maybe @jon would know about that one: both #SNCB and #NS operate double-deckers on their networks so why did they order single-deckers for the #ICNG that is supposed to replace the #CrossBorderRail #ICBenelux that is almost always packed with passengers standing between carriages???
