Took a riff from the Banana Boat and added a little Lustau East India Solera Sherry to enhance the toasty caramel notes in the Giffard Banana du Bresil.

I also played with the #IceDesigner again for the first time in a bit.

Round of Vieux Carrés with the proper historic garnish and a pineapple branded clear cube. PF 1840 and Bonded Overholt base. Cocchi vermouth. Found an angle where you can see the Ice Designer pineapple in the cube. #cocktails #cocktail #clearice #icedesigner
