Went for an #IceSwim with @coldclimate (who’s living up the name) in the sea near Sunderland and it was luuuush. Freezing cold but it woke me up. With that and another coffee I’m ready to take on the day.

Two degrees in the lake this morning and actually breaking ice on the swim out to the buoy in freezing fog. Bracing! Very pleased of the sauna afterwards to get some sensation back in my hands especially. #IceSwim #ColdWaterSwim #sauna #OpenWater
