This unusual large insect buzzed by me and landed on this leaf. It turns out to be a Short-tailed Ichneumonid Wasp (family Ichneumonidae), whose abdomens are not as elongated as the usual Ichneumonid Wasps. Spotted at Pasir Ris Park on 21 Jan 2023.
