I was on a walk w a friend and referred to myself with my birth name (it’s not a dead name bc I still use it in certain contexts and it doesn’t bring me any pain or suffering) and she reminded me that I can choose to call myself whatever I want, and I can ask people to call me whatever I want.

Starting my own challenge, well 2 actually the first is #Ichoose , every morning I start my day with "I choose..." and I pick at least 3 things that I choose for the day... positive things...
The second is #365miles , I will walk at least 365 miles this next year!!
