Interesting take on the #Legality of #GitHub #CoPilot. I can't vouch for the author's creds, but the article reads convincingly.

CoPilot gives me the #ick. On one hand if you don't care about what's in your codebase then you have bigger problems. On the other, if you need so much boilerplate that you're rate-limited by typing, then use templates instead.

I don't think CoPilot is an appropriate use of people's projects, but it's not immediately clear it's illegal.
