#Autism is an abstract concept. It is not a physical entity that exists. What DOES exist is #Autistic people.

This is why I prefer #IdentityFirstLanguage

I can not be a person with (abstract concept). For people to understand my life and experiences, I need to give them something existential and tangible.

I am an Autistic person.
