this word #saorlíníocht is the Irish for freehand a direct translation might be free line. I love it, the word SAOR meaning free resonates deeply in my soul 😀

I’m not sure I really consider doodling drawing so that’s making me curious - it’s growing into a type of graphic drawing…

- no media before I doodle (radio, socials - nada)
- no phone
- 10 mins meditation after
- allowing it to be what it is - messy or beautiful it’s never typically both, for me
- it’s just for me
