Remember August 13, 1996 (27 years ago)? That's when Microsoft thought it would be fun to release Internet Explorer 3!

In a world where other browsers were like sleek sports cars, IE3 was the well-meaning family van. Sure, it got the job done, but let's face it – there were snazzier options out there.

Yet, IE3 brought its own quirks to the table, leaving us with fond memories of countless pop-ups.

Perfherder: #Firefox now faster than Chrome in Benchmarks.

One more reason to not stick with the #Monopoly #Browser. And yes, there is one thing that is still a bit better in Chromium, and this is the #Performance Tab in Dev Mode. (Use it for Debugging, not browsing) But #CSS and other things are better. Don't support the new #IE killing all alternatives, hiding behind the "Comfort thingy", you were all fighting the IE monopoly too, didn't you?

#IE をとりあえず使っていてた時期もあると思う。
でも、 #Netscape を使ったり、 #Opera を使っていた。
特に覚えているのが、Opera。

日本語がブラウザのウインドウ右端で
折り返して表示してくれなかった。

「ウインドウ右端で折り返す」
みたいなのが効かなかった。

どうしようかと思って色々調べているうちに、
バージョンアップ。
上記問題が解決されました。

有意義か否かは別にして、
自分のホームページは Opera に最適化（極めてニッチ）
Opera でどうしようもない時には Netscape
どうしようもない時に IE
そんな経験をしてきました。

それが今の #Vivaldi につながっていると思うと
感慨深い。
