Today is a bit of an ouchie day, head was meh when I woke up, thankfully thats gone off, however, the arthritis has kicked in lol.

Today is an enforced rest day, so today I will mostly be found in my home office, drinking lots of tea, water and Dash drinks, will also be wrapped up warm to negate the arthritis from driving me nuts.
