Next was a fabulous talk by Daniel Lieberman on why #exercise is healthy in humans at the Cambridge University Biological #Anthropology Society. I learned a ton about why human mobility efficiency evolved and the implications for health. Fun fact: Lieberman won an #IgNobel Prize the year after my wife won, and since she was pregnant at the time she demoed his winning paper - why pregnant women don't fall down. I just discovered that Dunning and Kruger actually did receive the Ig Nobel award in 2000, and now my life makes sense again.
