As a visible minority myself, i wonder what needs to be done to ensure we get equal opportunities to have our voices heard. Whatever is being done is obviously not enough.

Take Formula 1, for example. No matter what hashtags are officially announced, you'll always see a mix: misspellings, different languages, use of acronym and non-acronym versions...
And then, of course, there's the folks that will include EVERY POSSIBLE hashtag, so that 90% of their post is hashtags.
