My first case damaged my heart, nervous system, endocrine systems, and cognition.

My second case impacted my lung function.

Yesterday sucked and today isn’t much better tbh. I’ve been in shut down mode since yesterday and no sign of being able to come out of it anytime soon. Mom wanted to talk yesterday so I let her call me. She then proceeded to guilt trip me, emotional dump on me and make snide remarks for two hours. I ended up caving and going back on a couple boundaries I’d set just to get her to shut the fuck up and bc I’m sick of the conflict. 
Then Carl came home today in a rage p much and as I’ve said before that sets off my CPTSD. (He’s not mad at me and he wasn’t mean to me at all.) I know he’s struggling with burn out and a major depressive episode and is low key suicidal/just wants to give up. Idk how to help bc I’m dealing with my own mental health stuff bc of my cunt of a mother/family. It’s 7pm and all I’ve had to eat today is ramen for lunch and a string cheese a little bit ago. He’s in bed trying to fall asleep and I’m just here writing this deabating if I wanna try to eat or just say fuck it and go to bed as well bc just fuck this day, fuck this year and fuck this life. Shit sucks, the end. I just keep telling myself ‘this is the worse in for better or worse.’ It’s my mantra tbh.
