Digital #musicians of Mastodon: I purchased AIR Drumsynth 500 a while back, not realizing how bad #iLok is. Now I'm considering getting hardware to do that job instead (electronic drums). Possibly a Novation? What are some recommendations. I will need to be able to control it via MIDI (from the DAW).

I begin to develop a deep hatred for #iLok - am I alone in this? #MusiProduction #DRM # ICallBS

Sorry, I'm just trying to do some music and every fucking plugin wants me to put in my email and pass so it can phone home to check I'm not a pirate.

It's so annoying that it makes me actually like #iLok which is a sentence I thought I'd never fucking say.
