I have to say, I don't feel as bad as usual from DST.

10 minutes adjustment per day seems to have worked best for me. I think that the 10 minutes earlier alarm left me just tired enough each day that today doesn't feel any worse.

I will have to judge how grumpy I am as the day goes , but I feel fine so far and I even went out for too much skiing last night.
