It's a wrap! The #ILSpy dev days 2023 are over and everyone is on their way home. Three highly technical days of decompiler improvements have ended. Looking forward to next time!

Kicking off the #ILSpy dev meeting with a coffee at the Palais Erzherzog Carl Ludwig
We made it - #ILSpy 8.1 is out the door right before our Dev Team Meeting! Loads of C# 11 features in this point release, and a lot of #dotnet ARM64 love (binaries, installer, VSIX)! Get it at https://github.com/icsharpcode/ILSpy/releases/tag/v8.1
In a week, the #ILSpy team is meeting in Vienna for their yearly dev meeting https://github.com/icsharpcode/ILSpy/issues/2943 - one discussion topic will be "Is supporting #dotnet #trimming and/or #aot a thing for our decompilation engine?" Any use cases you can think of? (most of the users we know of don't need it)
It has shipped - #ILSpy 8 is here with record structs, required members & more language features, plus - yes - new themes! https://github.com/icsharpcode/ILSpy/releases/tag/v8.0
Has anyone gotten ILSpy running in the browser via Avalonia yet?
I’m pretty happy with #winget, but I still needed #Chocolatey for the Okta CLI install, that may be true for others.
Nice to have: #PS7, #OhMyPosh, a #nerdfont, #dotpeek or #ilspy
If you’re using visual studio, don’t forget installing the env packs takes 20-90mins, depending on what you need
