Finished listening to Jeannette McCurdy’s I’m glad my Mom died. Very diff from the Terry Pratchett biography I read a couple of weeks ago. How writers be differs wildly. Her Mom is described a lot like Susan Sontag’s in the one other biography I have read in recent memory. Good book, writing ages up with POV. Admirably controlled. A frank depiction of abuse.
