I work in a classroom setting, and the number of students missing class due to respiratory illness is shocking to me. I’m sure Covid is also frequent (though who knows how frequent since testing is so inadequate). What’s striking to me is the number of students out very sick for a week or longer, with labtest-diagnosed RSV, strep, flu, mono. Never seen anything like it.
