I have a #MSI GS43VR 6RE Phantom Pro from 2016 (7 years!) that’s STILL a powerhouse. I don’t know if this shows how poweful this machine was when it came out, how little progress has been made in machines since its release, or how software has improved over time. Maybe it’s a combination of the three.
I’ve installed #NixOS on it with #Gnome44 and it simply screams.

for the first time during a 2 day non-official scrum training i let the people do a real retrospective about psychological safety. I found this a veery long time ago on funretrospectives.com
first measuring the safety on a 1 to 5 scale
then collecting data of what could probably cause a number 5 unsafetyness for a fictive team member
then collaborating on things that could improve these could-be causes.

and it went so beautifully well for all three teams. i struggled to not let them just do, because i was so curious about it.
and this was just in day 2 after playing my version of lego4scrum building a nice bar in amazonas rain forrest together with @karen and her scientific input about psych. safety. #fhwestkueste #wipsys #impressed
and thanks to @estherderby and @DianaOfPortland its so many years and the 5 phases of a retro are still thriving.
