This is why I'm voting yes for the Voice in the referendum:
The First Nations people in our country have been silenced, ignored, abused, and stolen from. Heck, we stole this entire country from them (we stole it fair and square, some would say). Giving them a Voice in Parliament goes a small way towards redressing that injustice. Perhaps no-voters will say that it isn't fair that they get more representation than the rest of us. But up until now they've gotten a lot LESS. This is just fixing that imbalance.
